jievo Terms & Conditions

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account on jievo. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Any account opened by misrepresenting age for fraudulent purposes will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

1.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account on jievo. Registering multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and balances may be seized.

1.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. If discrepancies are found in your name, address, phone number, or identity document details, jievo may request account verification or suspend services at any time.

1.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. You must not give anyone else access to your account. You are required to notify jievo's support team immediately of any unauthorized access.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit to jievo, you will receive a 150% welcome bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳8,000 applies the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳13,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. That means for a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the deposited amount.

3.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer applies only once per account.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• jievo reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Operating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses is strictly prohibited and, if detected, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• Each promotion offer may have its own expiry date and conditions — these will be stated on that offer's details page.

3.4 Anti-Abuse Policy

jievo uses technical measures to detect bonus abuse. If a user is found to be betting specifically to exploit bonuses, or attempting to manipulate the system by placing opposing bets, jievo reserves the right to forfeit those bonuses and close the account.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

jievo is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. All games are operated using SSL encryption and certified random number generator (RNG) technology.

5.2 List of Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Cheating, collusion, or any other manipulation on the platform
• Using automated bots or software to play games
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs in the system
• Threatening, harassing, or using offensive language toward other users
• Spreading false or misleading information in jievo's name
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose

5.3 Consequences of Violations

In the event of any of the prohibited conduct listed above, jievo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account without warning, seize deposited funds, and take legal action if necessary.

9.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request to close your jievo account at any time. To do so, email [email protected] or contact the support team via live chat. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

9.2 Suspension by jievo

jievo may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Account information found to be false or incomplete
• Irregularities or suspicious activity detected in financial transactions
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period

9.3 Appeal Against Suspension

If your account is suspended, you may contact [email protected] to find out the reason and request a review. jievo is committed to resolving every complaint fairly and in a timely manner.

11.1 Right to Amend Terms

jievo reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes indicates that you have accepted the new terms.

11.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will not affect the remaining terms, and the rest of the Terms will remain fully in effect.

11.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming guidelines together form the entire agreement between jievo and the user. Any verbal or other promises outside of this are not part of the agreement.
